- 1 Pc clove of garlic
- 1 TL ground cumin
- 1 Pc shortcrust
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 80 G Olives, green
- 2 TL Paprika powder
- 1 Tbsp parsley
- 2 Tbsp sherry
- 300 G chunky tomatoes
- 400 G Turkey breast fillets
- 1 prize Cinnamon powder
- 1 Pc onion
Method:
1. The first to prepare these Turkey pastries is to first peel and chop the fresh onions and garlic cloves. Fry them both in a pan with a little amount of oil for about 3 minutes. Dust the whole thing with cumin, cinnamon powder, and paprika powder, and then fry it for about 2 minutes more.
2. Then you have to boil the eggs in a saucepan for about 10 minutes and make sure you boil the water first and then add the egg and from that point, you have to start the timer of 10 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, you can finely chop the turkey and add it to the pan along with the chunky tomatoes and sherry. Let the whole thing to simmer for about 10 minutes.
