Potato Noodles with a pumpkin curry recipe

This delicious recipe delights both young and old. This potato noodles with pumpkin curry is an autumn recipe that tastes amazing. This is a very simple recipe and it only takes 60 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 0.5 TL curry
  • 2 Pc Eggs
  • 300 G Pumpkin of your choice
  • 150 G Flour
  • 500 G floury potatoes
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 prize Salt pepper
  • 1 Pc onion

Method:

  1. The first step is to boil the potatoes in salted water until they get soft. After they are boiled peel them and press them through the potato press.
  2. After pressed, scatter it on a floured surface, now let it cool down and then knead it with flour, eggs and sprinkle it with a little pinch of salt.
  3. Now make a noodle shape from the dough and cook it in salted water. Cook them until they come to the surface, now take them out and rinse in the cold water.
  4. After that, peel the pumpkin and cut it into small cubes, and do this with the onion as well. Saute the pumpkin in olive oil, and add the onions as well and cook them until they get soft. Sprinkle with some salt and pepper, curry, and if possible then add a few flakes of chili.
  5. Here, heat a little amount of butter in another pan and roast the potato noodles in it.
  6. Time to serve your dish, so divide the noodles among 4 plates and spread the pumpkin curry over them.
