Potato Noodles minced meat pan recipe

This is one of the quick dinner recipes that makes a salty dish with potato noodles and minced meat and I assure you that that your whole family is going to enjoy it. This is so simple a recipe that it takes only 20 minutes and the steps are also easy, so you are going to love it.

Ingredients:

  • 150 G Cherry tomatoes
  • 60 G Gorgonzola cheese
  • 300 G Minced meat, mixed
  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • 1 prize pepper
  • 1 prize salt
  • 5 Tbsp sour cream
  • 400 G Potato noodles

Method:

  1. The first step is to add some olive oil to a pan and put the juicy minced meat in it and fry it for few minutes or until it gets crumbly. After that sprinkle it with some salt and pepper.
  2. Now add the potato noodles to it and fry them for about 3-4 minutes more.
  3. In the meantime, move on to the cherry tomatoes and wash them, and cut them in half. Add these in the pan too and fry for about another 3 minutes. Sprinkle them again with some salt and pepper.
  4. Take a bowl and mix the creamy sour cream with the cheese in it.
  5. In this last step, you have to take those finished noodles and minced meat pans and mix them with the sour cream bowl and then you can serve your dish. Enjoy :).
