Poppyseed potato noodles recipe

This is one of the delicious recipes on this website, these potato noodles are coated with fine poppy seeds and sprinkled with finely powdered sugar. This can be used as a launch.

Ingredients:

  • 80 G butter
  • 3 Pc Eggs
  • 780 G Potatoes
  • 100 G Flour
  • 50 G Poppy seeds, ground
  • 50 G powdered sugar
  • 1 prize salt

Method:

  1. The first step is to boil the cleaned potatoes in the salted water for about 20-25 minutes. Now take them out from the boiling water and carefully peel them as they are still warm. After that press them with the potato presser and after that place them on a floured surface and let it be cool on it.
  2. Mix the cracked eggs with the mashed potatoes, also add a little bit of salt and flour in it, with this the dough can be malleable. Now you have to make the shape of a finger-width noodle from the potato with your hands. Then cook them gently in the salted boiling water for about 5 minutes straight, or until they come to the top surface of the water. Use a rounded spoon to take them out from the water and rinse them well with the cold water.
  3. Now heat some oil in the pan and fry the noodles in it from all sides. Then caramelize it with poppy seeds and powdered sugar. Now you can serve your awesome dish while it is warm.
