Gallen Meat Patties Recipe

This meat patties recipe is a baked recipe. This tastes very good with wine in the evening, it is a traditional Gallen recipe which you are going to love. You can also store them in your refrigerator and every evening with wine you can take it.

Ingredients:

  • 500 G puff pastry
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 Pc egg
  • 2 Pc egg yolk
  • 1 prize marjoram
  • 200 ml of milk
  • 2 Tbsp Peterli
  • 200 G beef
  • 1 prize salt and pepper
  • 3 Tbsp Whipped cream
  • 200 G Pork
  • 2 Pc Rolls
  • 1 Pc onion

Method:

  1. The first thing that you have to do is to mix the meat and then rotate it neatly through the meat grinder, you can do it twice if necessary. Now you have to cut the rolls into cubes and soak them in milk. Here you have to squeeze them out and also turn them through the meat grinder.
  2. Now you have to chop the parsley and onions into small pieces and slightly toast them in light butter in a pan. Pour the egg into a bowl and whisk it with some spices and then mix it with the meat, onion, and parsley. You can mix the cream in it and then with a mixer you can mix everything well until a soft mass is formed.
  3. Open the roll of puff pastry and make round cookies about 7cm in diameter from it. You have to cover one cookie with a little bit of meat filling, for the moisture, we will need water, so on the edge of it add some water and place another cookie on top. Make sure you press the edge well together. Here you can make a hole on top of the cookie with a fork and then fill it with the egg yolk. Put it on the baking tray lined with the baking sheet and bake it at 200 degrees for about 15-20 minutes. Now you can serve your amazing dish.
