Potato Noodles with apple and carrot lime recipe

These potato noodles with apple and carrot lemonade are so delicious that they don’t need any explanation about it. This is one of the recipes that work well for children. This recipe is a little time-consuming recipe but it will be worth it, so I want to clarify the total time with you which is about 220 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Pc Apples
  • 2 Pc Eggs
  • 150 ml vegetable broth
  • 400 G Flour
  • 1 kg floury potatoes
  • 1 Tbsp cream
  • 3 Pc Carrots
  • 0.5 prize cinnamon
  • 1 prize sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar to taste

Method:

  1. The first step is to boil the potatoes in boiling water until they get soft or tender. After they are boiled peel the skin from it and press it with the potato press. Scatter the potato mixture on a floured surface and let it cool down.
  2. Now add the flour, eggs, and sprinkle a pinch of salt and cinnamon and work into a smooth batter.
  3. Here you have to form a 3cm thick roll. You have to cut slices of the same size don’t ruin it with a different size otherwise it will look terrible. Now dry the noodles for about 3 hours approximately.
  4. Meanwhile, Wash the carrots and apples and cut them also. Cook the vegetable stock on heat. Once they become soft, remove them from the heat and puree them with the hand blender. Now add sugar and cream to it and the quantity of these depends on your taste.
  5. Now you have to put the noodles in portions in boiling salted water and with the skimmer, skim them as soon as they come to the top of the surface. Rinse them with cold water. Here just repeat the process with the other noodles as well.
  6. After boiling the noodles, nicely fry them in butter and serve it with the apple and carrot lemonade.
