Cooked potato noodles with herb pesto recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 Pc Eggs
  • 2 Tbsp Semolina
  • 750 G Potato (floury)
  • 2 TL Seasoned Salt
  • 1 Federation Lovage
  • 100 G Flour
  • 1 Pc nutmeg
  • 1 TL olive oil
  • 1 Federation Peterli

Method:

  1. The first step to make this dish is to wash all the herbs and chop them in a mortar with the olive oil, now add some nutmeg and also sprinkle some salt and the quantity should be according to your taste.
  2. Take some salted boiled water and boil the potatoes in it and after they are boiled peel them and press them through the potato press. Mix it with the eggs, flour, and half of the herb pesto to form a dough – also add a tbsp of semolina at a time, if you see the dough is thin and you need a thick one so add the remaining semolina and it will level it out. Leave the dough for about 30 minutes.
  3. After 30 minutes, take out the dough and make the noodles shape from it and soak it in salted water for about 10 minutes, or until the noodles come on the top of the water. Take out the pasta and rinse it with cold water also drain it well.
  4. Here heat some olive oil in a pan and add the rest of the pesto and add the potato noodles in it. Now you are ready to serve your dish, so you can decorate it with wild garlic.
