  • 1 Tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 30th G butter
  • 2 Tbsp parsley
  • 300 G Red onion
  • 150 G Goat cheese
  • 1 Tbsp sugar

Method:

1. The first step to prepare these goat cheese pastries is to peel one clove of garlic and then press it through the garlic press. Mix it with the flour, yogurt, egg, butter, garlic, salt, and pepper, and knead these all ingredients together to form a dough.

2. Here you have to peel the onions and then chop them finely and then fry them in a pan with the butter for about 10 minutes. Then just deglaze them with the balsamic vinegar.

3. Now you have to rinse the fresh parsley, dry it off and then chop it finely. You now have to crumble the goat cheese into small pieces and then fold it into the onion cubes with the parsley.

4. Flour the surface and roll out the cooled dough on it and cut out 15-16 circles from it with a diameter of 12cm.

5. Now you have to put 1 tablespoon of filling in the center of each circle and then brush the edges with the whisked egg. Then you just have to fold the dough and then press the edges with a fork. Brush each circle with the egg from outside and then place them on the baking tray and it should be lined with the baking paper.

6. In the last step, you just have to bake them in the oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes or until they get golden brown. After that, you are ready to serve your delicious dish.
